Connecting Liability Accounts

Liability accounts are open lines of debt such as credit cards, student loans, mortgages, etc etc. Sequence integrates with Method and Spinwheel which provide a complete picture of any debt reported on your credit report as well as credit card balances you may have. 

You can add liability accounts by clicking on the Add Account button at the bottom of your Sequence map, choosing the Liability Account option, and following the prompts. If you are unable to find a liability account, send us a message with the following information: 

• Liability name
• Connector - Method or Spinwheel

For improved account balance information, we have added the option to link to Plaid. To link to Plaid:

1. Click on the account you wish to link
2. A banner will show up at the top. Click on Connect.
3. Follow the prompts in the connection wizard.
