How do I send an ACH or bank transfer from my current bank account to Sequence?

You can send funds via ACH to Sequence from any U.S. bank account that’s held in your name. Each bank has its own process for ACH, or bank transfers, and it can vary by institution.

Typically, the process for sending an ACH to Sequence is as follows:

  1. Log into your financial institution or financial platform's website. Tip! We recommend completing the process via the institution's website as it is typically the most supported platform.
  2. Go to the “Transfers” or "Payments" page/section
  3. Select the option to transfer money to/from another financial institution.
Tip! Do not select Zelle as Sequence currently does not support this option.
  4. Add Sequence as an external bank, recipient, or payee, if you have not done so already
  5. Add your Sequence Income Source account routing number. Please note: The routing number may appear as "Thread Bank, N.A."
  6. Add your Sequence Income Source Account Number, which is found by clicking on the Income Source account.

Once added, you will be able to make a transfer to your Sequence Income Source account.

ACH transfer take 3 business days to appear in your Sequence Income Source account.
